To get reports without ALLOut, you need to create complex queries over the F00950 table - even if you have a default "closed" system. This is because security can be applied to different levels of a program such as the “form” and “version”, as well as to the object itself. In addition, security can be active for any combination of the user, the *group or roles and *public.
If your system is "open", you will also need to allow for your menu structure, your initial menu and any 'fine cut' you have defined.
